When: August 25 - September 8 (orders) and Sept 11 (delivery) Payment due at time of order. Cash or checks accepted. Make checks payable to CRHS Chorus Boosters. Don't forget to ask family and friends to support choir by supporting our fundraiser! Sotto Voce and Chamber Ensemble will perform at Graduation on Thursday, June 11, at 4:30pm.
Students should report to the floor of the Dean Smith Center by 3:30pm for a final group photo. Seniors will wear their caps and gowns; all other choir members must wear concert attire. IMPORTANT REMINDERS Singing at Graduation is 100% of the final exam grade for these choir members. Also, all Senior choir members are required to participate in Graduation Practice on Wednesday, June 10, at 11:00am. Any Senior who fails to do so will not be allowed to walk during the ceremony. PARKING AND ACCESS Click here for a map of the Dean Smith Center area. Please note that Skipper Bowles Drive (the road in front of the Smith Center) is a one way street due to construction. Because of the timing of the ceremony and construction in the area, we expect parking to be an issue. Please plan to arrive early if you hope to park within walking distance of the Smith Center. If someone in your party is unable to walk from the parking lot to the Smith Center, we suggest asking the parking attendants about dropping off passengers close to the venue before parking. All Sotto Voce and Chamber Students: Be parked by 3:00pm and on the Gym Floor at 3:30pm! Graduating Seniors: Please consider donating your concert attire to the CRHS Chorus Program. Returned tuxes, dresses, and shoes will go to next year's chorus students. Dresses should be washed and tuxes dry-cleaned if possible (please leave cleaning tags on items). Email Mrs. Phillips to set up a drop-off time, or leave items at the front office.
Senior Men in Chamber Ensemble: Red vests and ties must be returned prior to graduation practice on June 10 or you will be charged $25 for replacement. Your diploma will be held until all fines are paid. Underclassmen in Chamber Ensemble: Red vests and ties should be returned to Mrs. Phillips prior to leaving the Dean Smith Center after graduation. If you fail to return them by this time, your name will be placed on the Fines list for $25. Please contact Mrs. Phillips ([email protected]) if you have questions regarding choir uniforms. Please join us on Tuesday, May 26, at 6:00pm for the Awards Banquet for Cedar Ridge Chorus. Appetizers will be served in the cafeteria, followed by a program and presentation of awards in the auditorium at 7:00pm.
